    Three suites, as published

The hotel sits in Mayfair near Hyde Park and offers connecting rooms and suites for families. Each suite below lists occupancy of three adults, or two adults and two children. These are standalone specifications, not the combined result of adding a connecting room.

Suite with extra bed, or two connected rooms?

    • One suite keeps everyone in one booking, with a living area. The trade-off is one full bathroom, and children may sleep on a rollaway, sofa bed or crib rather than a permanent bed.
    • A suite plus a connecting room can create two bedrooms and may add a bathroom, but it is a separate allocation. The internal door, combined beds and bathroom count should appear in writing.

If four permanent beds, two full bathrooms or independent beds for older children are essential, ask for that specific configuration and written confirmation. Whether the hotel can meet it depends on allocation and availability for your dates; no outcome is promised.

What to confirm before you book

    • Children's ages, and the bed assigned to each sleeper, including whether extra beds are chargeable.
    • The room or suite allocation, whether the connection is confirmed, and the bathroom count.
    • Rate availability, any minimum stay, and the total in GBP (or the quote currency) including taxes.
    • Breakfast coverage per person, deposit, cancellation deadline and its time zone.
    • Which items are only availability-based requests. Standard check-in is 15:00 and check-out 12:00; earlier or later times are requests.

The hotel notes that special two-room Family Plan rates may be available, subject to availability. Ask whether one applies to your dates and compare it on the same terms as any other offer.

    Programme benefits

Fora has a Four Seasons Preferred Partner booking route. Any amenities depend on the property, eligible rate, dates and availability, and should not be assumed to combine with a family rate. If you already hold a booking, never cancel it before a replacement, its costs and terms are confirmed.

    Questions families ask

Does occupancy for two adults and two children mean four beds?

No. Published occupancy describes who may stay, not how each person sleeps. The Deluxe Suite, for example, lists a king bed and a crib only. Ask the hotel to confirm in writing where each child will sleep.

Is the guest powder room a second bathroom?

No. A powder room normally has a toilet and basin but no shower or bath. Each named suite lists one full bathroom; if you need two, ask for a connecting configuration and confirm the bathroom count.

What is the difference between adjacent and connecting?

Adjacent rooms are near each other, possibly across a corridor. Connecting rooms share an internal door. If the door matters for supervising children, have the connection itself confirmed, not only the room categories.

Can the Family Plan be combined with a partner offer?

Do not assume so. The hotel says special two-room family rates may be available subject to availability. Ask which rate is offered, its inclusions and terms, and whether any programme amenities apply to that rate.

What does the size of a connected configuration become?

The published sizes, bed lists and occupancy describe each suite on its own. The combined area, beds and bathrooms of a suite plus a connecting room should be stated by the hotel in your written quote.
