Outlook and sleeping arrangements
“River view” is not one uniform outlook: the official descriptions distinguish river/city, river/garden, poolside/river and full river views. Specify your preferred orientation and ask what the quoted category actually provides. Not every category has a private balcony; an unstated feature should not be assumed.
Maximum occupancy does not establish rollaway or sofa-bed availability, child-age rules or suitability. Obtain written confirmation for the exact guests and beds. For accessibility needs, request the proposed layout and relevant features rather than inferring suitability from room size.
Send a comparable quote brief
Include dates and currency; exact categories/layouts; king, twin and extra-bed requirements; adults and children's ages; view orientation; private balcony requirement; accessibility needs; budget; and any existing quote.
Request the full stay total including taxes, fees and extra-bed charges, plus deposit, payment schedule and cancellation deadline. Compare the same guests and essential features, not volatile average nightly rates. Record which requests are confirmed and which remain subject to availability.

Before choosing your room
Does maximum occupancy confirm an extra bed?
No. It is a published guest limit, not a sleeping plan. Request written acceptance for the exact adults and children, their ages, each bed and any extra charge. Do not assume the sitting sofa converts into a bed.
Which category should I request for a balcony?
Start with Deluxe Balcony Room or Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite, whose descriptions explicitly identify private balconies. State Room lists a balcony; confirm privacy. Treat balcony access as an essential booked feature, not an upgrade request.
How should I compare a room with a suite?
Decide whether separate living space matters more than floor area. Ask for the proposed layout and bed placement, then compare identical dates, guests and cancellation conditions using the full stay total.
Can Felipe review an existing quote?
