Peninsula Time: terms before assumptions
Peninsula Time applies to eligible direct and Peninsula travel-partner bookings, not every channel or rate. Subject to availability, arrival may be from 6am and departure until 10pm. Tell the hotel your intended times at least 24 hours before arrival. Occupancy, room category, hotel operations, blackout dates and offer conditions affect confirmation; exclusions are not exhaustive. At the hotel's discretion, a temporary hospitality room may be offered if the booked room is unavailable, not promised immediate access to your reserved category. Check the current official terms and obtain written confirmation for your stay.
Three arrangements to request and price
These are options to ask about, not offers assumed available. Price the whole stay for each arrangement, including any added night, and keep the requested access hours identical.

Use hotel-local times, not flight times
Separate landing time from your intended arrival at the hotel. For departure, specify when you need to leave the room rather than only the flight time. Ask what happens if your plans change and who records any amendment.
Do not change or cancel a current booking until replacement dates, total, deposit, cancellation deadline and access terms are confirmed. A lower headline price may involve a different usable stay.
PenClub amenities are a separate question
Fora lists Peninsula PenClub; Felipe can check eligible rates and amenities through Fora. This is agency-level access, not individual certification. PenClub advisor amenities, Peninsula Time and a rate package are separate considerations: request written conditions and assume neither stacking nor retroactive benefits.
Before requesting a quote
How should I compare the three quotes?
Use the same guests, category and desired access hours. Compare full totals and written conditions, not just a nightly rate. An unresolved access question means the offers are not yet comparable.
Should I book the previous night myself?
First request the correct dates and room-hold instructions in writing. A date alone does not explain how the hotel will handle your late arrival or prevent the reservation being treated as a no-show.
Can an existing reservation be changed?
Share its rate and cancellation conditions for review. Do not assume an amendment adds amenities or access. Keep the reservation until a suitable replacement and its costs, dates and terms are confirmed.
What details help Felipe prepare a quote?
Send stay dates, guest count, room and bed preferences, desired local access times, budget and currency, plus any existing quote. No passport or payment details are needed for this inquiry.
