Airport transfer and villa access are different bookings
The official overview identifies MLE as the airport and describes on-demand roundtrip speedboat transfers operating 24 hours, with reservations required. It lists check-in at 3pm and checkout at 12pm.
Transfer costs and inclusions vary by quote. Operating hours do not establish immediate departure, villa readiness or accommodation for every arrival. Obtain written confirmation of flight timing, waiting and boarding arrangements, plus procedures for delays or disruptions.
Compare the total, not just the villa
Compare the same dates and occupants in every offer. If one quote omits a component, ask for the missing amount and conditions before deciding; an incomplete total cannot show whether the alternative is better value.

Late arrival, early flight or a long gap?
Ask for pickup and return timing tied to your actual flights, including where you meet and whom to contact. What conditions apply if a flight changes or a transfer is disrupted? Have the response recorded before payment.
For a gap before check-in or after checkout, ask what waiting arrangements are offered and whether additional room access is available and chargeable. Do not build the itinerary around unconfirmed early or late access.

Transfer questions
Does 24-hour operation mean a boat leaves immediately?
No. On-demand operation still requires a reservation. Ask for confirmed pickup, waiting and boarding arrangements for your flight; an operating window is not a departure guarantee.
Are transfers included in every villa rate?
Do not assume so. Obtain an itemised quote stating the transfer service, occupants, inclusions and separate charges, then compare the full stay total.
Can I keep villa access until an evening departure?
Ask whether access after checkout is offered, what it costs and how it is confirmed. Do not treat transfer timing or a late-checkout request as permission to keep the villa.
What if my flight changes after booking?
Ask whom to contact, the notice needed to amend a transfer and the applicable charges or cancellation conditions. Keep the written instructions with your booking confirmation.
