The Brando: Air Tetiaroa Flights & All-Inclusive Quotes

Reaching The Brando requires a private flight from Tahiti. Compare the island stay, the flight, the package and the offer conditions together as one written quote.

The flight is part of the booking

Air Tetiaroa says The Brando arranges booking, billing, payment and scheduled Tetiaroa flights for hotel guests. The service currently departs from a private terminal at Tahiti Faa’a, takes about 20 minutes, and schedules may change for operational or weather reasons.

Current carriage terms ask scheduled-flight passengers to present one hour before departure. Total baggage, including cabin baggage, is currently limited to 32 kg per person, and all baggage travels in the hold. Reconfirm both before packing.

The Brando’s own Air Tetiaroa terms currently say the total invoice is paid in EUR and final confirmation follows full prepayment, with the hotel’s cancellation and no-show terms applying. Ask whether your quote shows shared or private access and its exact passenger count.

    All-inclusive or Villa & Breakfast

Compare the same villa type, dates and guests under each package. Ask for itemized inclusions and exclusions instead of assuming dining, drinks, activities or spa are covered. Published accommodation examples show the range of villa types; they do not confirm availability for your dates.

    Currently published offers

The Fly Free page currently applies to all-inclusive stays only, with a three-night minimum, new bookings and limited inventory. Flights cover only Papeete–Tetiaroa, and passenger counts depend on villa type, so request your eligible count in writing.

Kids Fly, Stay, Dine & Play Free has its own child-age, villa-count, minimum-stay, dining, activity, schedule, capacity and festive-supplement conditions, with exclusions. It is not a promise that everything is free.

Long Stay currently requires seven consecutive nights in the same room category, all-inclusive only. The hotel offer cannot be combined with other The Brando offers, although certain Air Tetiaroa stay-length discounts may combine. Confirm any combination on the proforma invoice.

    Before accepting a quote

Are Air Tetiaroa flights always included?

No. The currently published Fly Free offer applies only to eligible all-inclusive bookings with minimum-stay, inventory and route conditions. Otherwise, ask for flights as separate itemized lines. Confirm the eligible passenger count in writing.

How much connection time should I leave in Tahiti?

Request a written same-day plan from the hotel or advisor based on your actual international flights. Schedules can change for operational or weather reasons, so no buffer is guaranteed; ask what happens if a connection is missed.

    Does all-inclusive cover everything?

No. Ask for the package inclusions and exclusions in writing, including dining, drinks, activities, spa and any supplements. The published offers also list their own exclusions and conditions.

    Can public offers be combined?

Do not assume so. The published Long Stay offer says it cannot be combined with other hotel offers, while certain Air Tetiaroa stay-length discounts may apply. Ask for the final combination on the proforma invoice.

How does baggage work on Air Tetiaroa?

The current carriage terms limit total baggage, including cabin baggage, to 32 kg per person, with all baggage placed in the hold. Reconfirm the allowance and declare special equipment before travel.
